yesterday’s setup gave us a pretty simple read. VISE was contracting for two straight sessions (hitting 0.00 on 11/26 and 11/28!) which usually means the spring is tightening and volatility is coming. By the time we rolled into the morning move today, that call played out with PARI recovering hard. It did not matter if the direction chopped around first—the signal was that the range was about to widen. That part hit clean.
Now the question is what happens next.

Today has been all about digestion after a huge PARI recovery. a flush straight into stacked support, and then a rebuild back toward the mid range. The market spent the whole morning flipping between compression and rejection pockets which usually means one of two things is coming in the final minutes:
If buyers clear 682.20 cleanly: You get a controlled push back toward the $683.26 to $683.46 zone. That is still heavy resistance but reclaiming it flips the tone to balanced instead of pressured.
If sellers crack 680.44 again: Pressure returns fast. The lower cluster at $680.17 and $679.95 would be next, and those breaks usually fire quick momentum wicks.
