🧠PARI = Price Action Risk Indicator. It blends short-term momentum with realized volatility to score market posture on a 0–100 scale (red→green). Higher = momentum outpacing risk (risk-on); lower = volatility dominating momentum (risk-off).

0–20 → Capitulation zone / bounce watch (overshoot risk high)
20–40 → Risk-off, cautious (bearish lean)
40–60 → Neutral / discovery, wait for confirmation
60–80 → Risk-on (momentum > vol)
80–100 → Euphoria / late-trend risk

📝Read: We’re below the neutral band (40–60), which says momentum hasn’t convincingly outrun recent volatility yet. That favors fade-the-rips / be selective on longs until we see either (a) a washout toward 20 with stabilization, or (b) a reclaim of 40→60 on improving breadth/vol compression.
