Laddering is the YEET term for when whale orders keep printing progressively further out of the money in the same direction as price action — with no interruption by opposite-side orders.
Example:
665p → 664p → 663p → 662p
That’s a clean downside ladder — each print reinforcing the prior one.
The moment that ladder broke with a 661c, SPY began to bounce.
